Destiny is the receptionist and legal assistant at Hansen & Harmon. She is the first point of contact when you call or walk into our office.
Destiny loves greeting clients and handling administrating tasks for our case manager, paralegal and attorneys. Destiny is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and is committed to personally and professionally growing in the legal field.
Outside of work and school, Destiny is a full-time mommy and enjoys spending time with her family. Destiny loves to try every new local coffee shop in Vegas.
Tatiana Lopez
Senior Case Manager
Tatiana is our experienced senior case manager, with over 15 years of experience in the legal field.
Tatiana guides Hansen & Harmon clients through the pre-litigation process, coordinating essential medical care, assisting with claim handling, and making the client experience seamless. Tatiana strives to provide excellent service and assists our clients in obtaining the best possible outcome for their case.
Outside of work, Tatiana loves spending time with her children, grandbabies, her dog and her friends.
Maria Aguayo Mojica
Litigation Paralegal
Maria is our firm’s litigation paralegal and is currently pursuing her Paralegal Studies degree with plans to attend law school as a first-generation immigrant.
As a mother to a 10-year-old, Maria is passionate about advocacy and access to justice, both through her professional work and by independently researching and sharing resources for children with disabilities.
Maria remains actively involved in her community through volunteer work and organizing food and clothing drives. Maria approaches each matter with professionalism, organization, and care for the people involved.

Danery is our legal assistant focused on organization, accuracy and assisting our case manager and paralegal throughout each phase of pre-litigation and litigation. She loves to learn and grow her knowledge within the legal field.
Originally from Peru, Danery enjoys traveling, loves dogs, and loves spending time with family and friends.
